[Feature] Make it possible to merge people on mobile

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Given I am using mobile
and I name a unnamed face "John Smith"
When I select another unnamed face and name that person "John Smith"
Then I end up with two different people named "John Smith" without any possibility to merge them on mobile

This could be solved by confirming that they are the same person when I name the second "John Smith", but now the mobile version does not ask, and just adds a new person.
