[Request] Add runtime-configurable credential configurations

Description

We'd like to be able to control the full lifecycle of credential configurations. This means that we must be able to add, update and remove them during runtime (via the REST API).

Motivation

We want to manage the credential configurations externally.

Requirements

1. Create,
2. Update, and
3. Delete
   credential configurations using the REST API at runtime :)
