QR code or manual do nothing, add-on 0.1.4 does not work

On windows 7 desktop, 32 bit, Firefox 52.0.

I cannot add any type of account either via QR code or via manual string otpauth://totp/... Either image upload or manual string do not respond. Enter also does nothing; no error, just nothing.

This addon appears to be broken (?).

@orschiro Could you please send over the data contained in your QR code once. Need to figure out what went wrong.
