Describe the bug

The "Click to Subscribe" link in the footer splits at widths below 215px.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Scroll down to the footer in a viewport with a width of less than 215 pixels
See error

Expected behavior

The link should not break into two lines and should scale appropriately.
