What does this PR do?

Added date time in UI based on user's timezone

Issue

Fixes #98

What changed?

  • Added time formatting with user's timezone
  • Made description text smaller in home page

Why these changes?

  • To increase user experience
  • It's an improvement

Is it tested?

Yes, locally
