Key Error UTC time for HyP3

Hello! While trying to run MintPy with a stack of unwrapped interferograms generated by hpy3, I received the following error. Could someone please explain how to fix this error? Thank you.

@GabiZuccolotto HyP3 InSAR products changed the UTCtime to UTC time in our product .txt metadata file (my fault; I didn't catch the change when I reviewed the HyP3 PR).

@forrestfwilliams fixed that issue in #690 so you can:

• update MintPy to what's on main currently
• manually change that key back in the product metadata file(s)
• or wait for the next release

Hi @jhkennedy! No problem. I'm going to try and update MintPy, however I've never done that before. Could you explain what the easiest way is to update to the current version? Thank you!

@GabiZuccolotto there's a couple options.

1. I'd personally set up a separate conda environment for the upgraded/development version of MintPy like:

conda create -n mintpy-dev python=3.8
conda activate mintpy-dev
conda install -c conda-forge --only-deps mintpy
python -m pip install git+https://github.com/insarlab/MintPy

2. Or if you want to replace the install in your current environment:

conda activate [ YOUR_ENV ]
conda uninstall mintpy
conda install -c conda-forge --only-deps mintpy
python -m pip install git+https://github.com/insarlab/MintPy

Note: Both of these currently work because there hasn't been a significant change in dependencies between what's on main and v1.3.1 on conda-forge.

In general, you can follow the Installation Guide as it's based on installing from the GitHub repository (or "development" version), but I'm going to open a PR soon updating a bit of that, so the above is likely easier/faster right now.
