Third beta release

This is the third pre-release version of Executable Test Suites for conformance classes in the INSPIRE technical guidelines using ETF as the test framework. The test suites have been tested by interested parties, but should be tested more broadly.

This release fixes several issues in the Executable Test Suites.

Dataset and Metadata Test Suites:

• INSPIRE registry changed to HTTPS (#64):
  • access the INSPIRE registry using https
  • treat http and https URIs as equivalent

Dataset Test Suites:

• PS v3 Constraints check for <gn:pronunciation> raises void error (#67)

Metadata Test Suites:

• change handling of TR.unknownResourceType in md-iso.d.3 (#62)
• "dataset language" may be any language from ISO 639 (#71)

Download Service Test Suites:

• Reject files in schemaLocation (issue #61)
• Report invalid characters in XML prolog
• Request the Capabilities document and use the URL defined in the GetCapabilities OperationsMetadata for subsequent requests and tests
• Direct WFS
  • Only proceed with tests in Direct WFS ETS if endpoints are accessible
  • Label was not shown for Assertion "Expect no exception" in Direct WFS tests due to an invalid ID
• Pre-defined Atom tests
  • Re3gistry changed from HTTP to HTTPS (see #64)
  • Test Case 'Separate entries for each format/CRS combination' fixed (assertions fixed/added and error messages improved)
  • OpenSearch Test Cases fixed (descriptions, ATS links, wrong assertion removed)

ISA programme

The Executable Test Suites have been developed under the ARE3NA action as part of the ISA Programme (Interoperability Solutions for European Public Administrations).
