TRAViz variant graph visualization

We want to make it possible to visualize text variant graphs generated by CollateX with TRAViz. For more information about TRAViz see: http://www.vizcovery.org/

JSON based variant graph output format for TRAViz: We need a new output format for the internal variant graph that CollateX produces and that then is used as an input format for TRAViz. We prefer to use a JSON based format.
