[Cards] Wallet Backend - Customer creation and card ordering

Context

Implement script to create card customers that will be associated to cards.

The script should execute the following calls:

1. Create managed users on GateHub
2. Get application products to get the product code for both account and card.
3. Create customer with the above codes.
4. Order cards.
