This is a first PR in the initiative to better organize the documentation. It deals only with the "Releases" section. Files are just moved around with links updated as needed. mkdocs.yml takes the responsibility of structuring them for documentation readers.

  • docs-reorg: reorganize 'Releases' section - skip v13 (isolating this change in a separate commit makes it easier to backport)
  • docs-reorg: reorganize 'Releases' section - add back v13

Nice work on splitting the v13 changes into a separate commit – it’ll make backporting much easier.

Great reorg @fenekku. I'd support merging sooner rather than later, but it will need to sync with any of the in-progress v13 documentation PRs.
