Great reorg @fenekku. I'd support merging sooner rather than later, but it will need to sync with any of the in-progress v13 documentation PRs. |

This is a first PR in the initiative to better organize the documentation. It deals only with the "Releases" section. Files are just moved around with links updated as needed. mkdocs.yml takes the responsibility of structuring them for documentation readers.
