metadata: related identifiers scheme "Other"

The scheme "Other" is not Datacite serializable, however we discussed whether it even makes sense to support this scheme type.

Since that discussion could be a bit more complex, we decided to fix the serializer for now and have this discussion after the migration is finished

Looks like grid, crossreffunderid, and isni also got added at the same time f9280c1#diff-638be557f5d538de83a96ebf1b51f30fe0f21f8b5e005ac849b4ca32f3470fa6

None of those really make sense as related identifiers. grid and crossreffunderid are depreciated and isni is already in the personorg list.

These were originally in the code as RDM_RECORDS_REFERENCES_SCHEMES, but the references field is free text so I don't know why there would be a scheme needed. I did a little bit of digging....but unless there is a better explanation they should probably be removed.
