Saving changes to an app causes it to reload twice.

Description of Issue

When saving changes to an app, the app reloads once right away and then again, 10 to 20 seconds later. This can be pretty annoying when testing changes while working on an app.

5.2.0 did indeed fix the issue where all the apps would restart a bunch of times, of which I'm forever grateful!
