Fixes the following issues:-

• #6 Adjoining villages are same color
• #7 Hand and any item held turn transparent
• #8 Fill should be more alpha
• #9 Bounding boxes get heavily blended
• #10 Spawn chunk rectangles are actually very short cuboids
• #11 Fill should be disables on spawn chunks/world spawn
• #12 Lazy chunks render regardless of the setting
