Jackett Timeout with 15 Healthy Trackers & CORS Enabled

Would anybody be able to help me out with a recent issue I've been having? My Jackett instance used to work, but upon checking recently it seems to timeout with the error message: "Jackett request timed out: Reduce the number of indexers, make sure your trackers are healthy, and enable CORS". I only have 15 indexer trackers on Jackett and they are all healthy. Is this still too many? I have CORS enabled as well. I've tried removing and re-adding Jackett with the HTTP URL, HTTPS URL, and IP+Port as well as disabling and re-enabling CORS and restarting containers.
