Send to Sonarr after specific media age

Does anyone know if it is possible to have Sonarr check for files that plex_debrid missed? I'm noticing plex_debrid missing some content and I'm hoping to fill those holes with Sonarr. The problem is that Sonarr can only track one folder for a show. So I can point Sonarr to read the debrid mount BUT if it tries to download, it will be unable to save content there. I know this is a very specific scenario, but I'm hoping the community may have some ideas.
