Django email authentication backend.

Features

• Backend to use email for authentication.
• Tastypie authentication class EmailApiKeyAuthentication to make tastypie to use email to authenticate user (instead of username)
• South migration to index auth_user.username field (coming soon)
• Fixed registration form to pass registration without username field (coming soon)
