LineTAP: IVOA Relational Model for Spectral Lines

This document is a IVOA Working Draft proposing a relational schema to describe spectral line transitions that can be queried using the TAP protocol.

This document uses the IVOATEX submodule.
To include it when cloning, use:

git clone --recurse-submodules https://github.com/[your github user]/LINETAP.git

Then: run "make" and hope you have all the necessary tools installed.
