Small UI improvements

This small release changes some parts of the interface of Tableau WDC.

• Default start date for export is now yesterday instead of 2 years ago
• Post-aggregator and limit columns have now switched place
• Updated to Angular 7

Authentication Improvements

This tiny release fixes some issues with deploying in a subdirectory on a webserver (e.g. /tableau/) and also adds some improvements to the authentication flow.

New features:

• Tableau-WDC will now detect when it is not loading in Tableau and will send you to an error page
• Error page will now verify on load if the error is still the case, if not redirect to the loading page
• Two factor authentication will now detect when the code is wrong, giving you a dialog for entering the code again instead of pretending like the password is wrong.

Bug fixes:

• Fixes some issues with deploying in a subdirectory
