This repository contains file used by cognitive-services-speech-sdk. For now it contains MS Speech SDK shared libraries. These can be also downloaded from here:
These links contains always latest available version released by Microsoft. Putting these files into this repository gives us the flexibility to support whatever version(s). This file is used by build script of cognitive-services-speech-sdk-rs.
