Search doesn't work on "newly" persisted nodes

Although the tests pass for querying nodes, additional nodes (f.e. by way of the phpcr shell) are not found.

PHPCRSH > select * from [nt:unstructured] where foobar = "bar";

Querying works for "original" nodes however (which seems to be why the tests pass)
