This is an archival snapshot of the Proto BioCompiler code, maintained for historical purposes only.
As neither it nor Proto have been maintained for some years, it should no longer be expected to work.
If you do try to build it, however, BioCompiler should be built against Proto revision 802+ from the SVN, before the new Proto kernel was added.
