• LUT can be applied to 2D images, find LUT that looks great
• Find representative contour line (median, mean or something similar)

3D Task

• create 3D view for one brain incl 3D contour when using clipping planes
• find metric to quantify deviation on surface
• map deviation values to color on surface (also inside the brain)
