Explore Multiple Motif Instances
Vimo supports the identification of motif chains where a motif is used repeatedly to form a longer synaptic chain. For consecutive searches, a quick menu that allows you to assign a specific neuron ID to a specific node in the search results is provided.
If you assign the bodyID to a specific node by using the context menu located next to the specific node, you can see that the bodyID is assigned as a property of the node.
After adding the constraints, press the search button and explore multiple motif instances.
The selection tab shows a list of currently rendered motif instances. The selected motif instance is colored, and other motif instances are grayed out. Also, you can delete the motif instance from the list.
