Placeholder should disappear on mouse-paste when data-placeholder-focus="false" #95

If data-placeholder-focus="false", when right-click and select Paste, the placeholder should be cleared before paste action. Otherwise, the pasted text is mixed with placeholder text (depending on cursor position).
