Describe the bug
Nit UI Enhancement.
Upon loading the front page, the loading skeleton is smaller than the data, producing jitter.

To Reproduce

Go to https://donations.exposed/
See jitter expansion of hero
(also, adjust the browser network speed to 3G)

Expected behavior
A landing page with smooth transitions and no visual jitters.
