Layout: "string" offset for some chords in fingering style #4

As a followup for #3:

Some chords that have neighbouring fingers on one fret have a shifted layout in the fingering style (box characters miss a whitespace), e.g.:

@peanutbutterandcrackers Unfortunately no, I haven’t managed to look into it recently. Maybe I can make some time available for this within the next weeks. I’ll post any progress here.

@paulgoetze - Sorry to bother you with this, again, but I just wanted to check in on this.

Also, I did manage to get a docker-ized version of the ukulelehelper.com website running (it has all it's contents under CC-license, and the source under the GPL). But still, learning ukulele using the terminal would be quite fun and educational. So it would be lovely to have this issue fixed as well.
