I saw a bunch of websites which offer to do that with "no code", and now that the app is responsive, and offline-ready (using cache and service workers), one of them might work!

GoNative works, I have a tiny ~3Mo app on my smartphone that's just opening the https://BetterOCaml.ml webpage.
It's quite useless as it's not offline usable, but well it's a start...
