不显示上拉加载更多的footview #356

比如我一屏幕只能展示6个item，然后有7个item，当往上滑动到第七个item底部的时候会触发onLoadMore，但是加载更多的view并没有显示出来

目前只是在onLoadMore回调里判断下当前已加载的数据如果小于总数据量 就return，然后调用setNoMore，这样后面就不会再回调onLoadMore了
