First release.

This is a replacement for Clayton Burlinson's original pinpoint code which used Apple's Location Services API. Unfortunately Apple have made changes to their API that have effectively rendered it unusable for automated systems like pinpoint.

This is therefore written completely from scratch to use Google APIs instead of Location Services.

It has been tested successfully on Sierra, High Sierra and even Mojave. It works even if Location Services is turned off in System Preferences.

This being my first release I quite expect that problems will be discovered. Please open issues for them.
