flashfm

This version includes:

1. functions to run flashfm with input from single-trait fine-mapping methods, such as FINEMAP
2. wrapper function to run single-trait fine-mapping with JAM, followed by flashfm
3. construction of SNP groups from both single-trait fine-mapping and flashfm
4. PP summaries of single-trait fine-mapping and flashfm results by SNP model (multi-SNP) and by SNP, as well as by SNP groups
