La licence GPL n'oblige la redistribution du code source qu'en cas de distribution du binaire.
Dans le cas d'un serveur Web, l'application peut être déployée sans être distribuée.
La licence AGPL corrige ce problème et permet d'imposer la redistribution à partir du moment où l'application est mise en ligne.
Je suggère donc de migrer le projet vers la licence AGPL v3.
