Operator to track images?

Hi - interesting project.

Do you have an according k8s operator to track images in use? I was thinking of tracking replicasets, find the image, and based on this send messages to sns. That way I can have realtime tagging of images, based on which cluster they run in. This can help ecr purge policies (keep n prod-yyyy-mm-dd tags, keep o staging-yyyy-mm-dd tags) etc
