Think about all the energy that must go into tracking you across social media silos, spitting out algorithms based on your only move. Why not just have a tiny little website. At the next level there is WordPress. Works best with one of the themes developed by the community and a few well maintained plugins. Install them and you are off to the races. WordPress is hard to do if you want to keep your current theme. Then there is where I am. i install a CMS on a shared host. There a number of CMSs with #IndieWeb building blocks. Drupal, Kirby, Perch, alot of people use static site generators and some tools to to include #IndieWeb stuff (quickthoughts.jgregorymcverry.com/s/1D10kr)

After that people build their own CMSs, and connect with all the tools. That is their hobby. They want to play with code, others content.
