TessuMod version 0.7.0rc1

This is prerelease version of the upcoming 0.7.0 version.

Changes

• Fixed ACRE2 plugin causing TessuMod constantly to break its connection. This is a partial fix. Connection will not anymore break, but ACRE2 is constantly fighting with TessuMod over user's metadata. This shows up in TeamSpeak Client window as the tag that contains user's WoT player name is every few seconds appearing and disappearing in the UI. There is a pull request in ACRE2's repo that hopefully will address the issue at their end, see: IDI-Systems/acre2#665
• Fixed error in positional audio handling when leaving battle.
• Improved in-game voice audio to work better with TessuMod installed

TODO

• Change TeamSpeak plugin advertisement logic so that it directs user to download the plugin from myteamspeak.com instead of including the plugin's installer within the mod's release archive.

Known Issues

• Speak feedback (the green glow) works erratically in platoon window in garage. This seems to affect also the in-game voice chat, and not just TessuMod, reported here (alternative link to the video).
