reset variable when type is unselected

It is annoying when you un-select a variable class but the selected variable does not un-select. Can't think of a good reason why it shouldn't automatically un-select the variable too. This should just involve using observeEvent to clear selected values from the outcome/group/stratify variables in the UI.
