This is to track discussions in various places where Mastic fills a gap not currently covered by Poplar1.

Weighted heavy hitters: Suggested in https://eprint.iacr.org/2023/130.pdf, Section 6
Attribute-based metrics: Labeling of reports for drill-down queries ietf-wg-ppm/draft-ietf-ppm-dap#489
Estimation of quantiles: VDAF for quantiles? cfrg/draft-irtf-cfrg-vdaf#12 (not safe due to Poplar1 security considerations: explain importance of "extractability" cfrg/draft-irtf-cfrg-vdaf#273)
End evaluation early: The DAP draft describes a situation in which it is desirable to halt evaluation after the collector has detected that a prefix has reached a padding terminator. This is unsafe due to Poplar1 security considerations: explain importance of "extractability" cfrg/draft-irtf-cfrg-vdaf#273.
