Functional

1. Tracking for new information in habr and rabota
2. Show orders from the first page and choose number of showed orders
3. Display orders by specifying a page span
4. Search for orders by specified tags
5. Filtering orders from the first page by predefined tags
6. Working with tags and keywords (adding, removing)

Launch

Run telegram_bot.py and write /help command in chat bot
