Your environment

TbSync version: 4.7
EAS-4-TbSync version: 4.7
Thunderbird version: 102.15.0

Expected behavior

Calendar sync time of <1½ minutes

Actual behavior

During sync, the "Waiting for acknowledgement of local changes" always counts all the way down to 0s

Steps to reproduce

Connect an outlook.office.com account and sync the calendar - don't the more specific trigger

To help resolving your issue, enable debug logging (TbSync Account Manager -> Help) and send me the debug.log via e-mail (use the title of your issue as subject of the email).

Can this be closed as a dupe of jobisoft/TbSync#695 ?

Probably not - Thunderbird doesn't freeze - the sync process just seems to wait a long time, although counting correctly while it waits.

A wild guess could be that Office365 doesn't send some final message or other that it used to, or that EAS-4-TbSync asks in a way that Office365 doesn't know how to handle.

That is, however, only a guess.

Could you enable extended debug logging in the last tab of the tbsync Manager window and send me the log after this happend? We should then see what went over the line and took so long.
