Support for Subtasks?

Windows 10 64-bit
TbSync version: 4.8
Thunderbird version: Version 115.8.0 (64-bit)

Expected behavior

Synced Microsoft account and looked at tasks. See all tasks and any associated subtasks

Actual behavior

Only the top level tasks are displayed, any subtasks are not displayed

Steps to reproduce

Sync a Microsoft account that has task with subtasks.

To help resolving your issue, enable debug logging (TbSync Account Manager -> Help) and send me the debug.log via e-mail (use the title of your issue as subject of the email).
