Something about prevent injection attacks I guess...but I discovered it when I ran this command

/addmessagetochatcommand rocky “It Ain’t How Hard You Hit…It’s How Hard You Can Get Hit and Keep Moving Forward"

The fancy double quotes (copy pasted off a web page) caused some issue because only "“It" was added as a chat message??
