place_face.c is missing

When you try to build with place_face.. it will end up with error because there is no .c file, only .h

I also ran into this issue. The functionality in this watch face is being split off from the sunrise/sunset face. Perhaps it is a work in progress that made it into main regardless? There's also the day one and time left faces which set the user's birthday, that should probably be split off into dedicated interfaces as well.
