Store logs in the cloud instead of on a local project

The reasoning for this is because we will need very large amounts of logs when running on enterprise sized projects. Also, if our logs are local to an individual user, coordination and collaboration will be difficult. Moving our logs to a cloud environment, such as Google Firebase, AWS, etc., will resolve the issues described.
