  1. Fix icinga2 config 

    Correct call `./check_haproxy -S /var/run/haproxy/admin.sock -O chat:u,2,1 stats:x`
Incorrect call `./check_haproxy -S /var/run/haproxy/admin.sock -O "chat:u,2,1 stats:x"`

Using icinga2 functions we can fix this.
