Delete from Plex without *arr

Is there the ability to delete media from Plex, rather than using an *arr? I don't use any *arr software in my stack anymore since migrating to Plex + pd_zurg (all streaming).

All I want to do is allow any 1 star rated media to be deleted, by any user, which works around the issue of only the owner being able to delete media.

I could write a python script for this purpose using the plex API but thought this software would suit this use case.
