[Feature Request] Sonarr/Radarr action: Change Quality Profile and force search

As someone who doesn't like deleting anything he once got his hands on it, it would be extremely helpful if instead of only having the ability to unmonitor/delete series/movies from sonarr/radarr we could automatically change the quality profile of a show/movie and force a search.

This for example would allow to set up a 1080p QP and a 720p QP (where 1080p has a lower priority than 720p) and downgrade automatically after the show/movie has been watched completely, reducing the storage space archived media requires.

In the same vein, it would be great if we could force a root folder change to move media to another library, but I think that is a lot more involved.

Also interested in this, easiest way to free up space and CPU. I like to download 4k content and downgrade it once I've done watched it because everyone else is doing remote transcodes to 1080p anyways.
