Using Plex user ratings in rule

First of all, great program to help keep the library lean.
My issue is I would like to add Plex user ratings to the rule. So that if the rating is less than 2.5 of the 5 stars then the movie would be excluded from the rule. My users never rate their movies.
I setup the rule to include: Plex - User rating (scale 1-10) | smaller | number | 4
It still returns false for movies with 5 star ratings. What am I missing?

Hey! Could you test the item with the ‘test media’ feature and report back what it’s saying? I wonder what it’s getting back from Plex.

Isn't it returning the actual value it's using? It should list that as well.

I would think that firstValue: should be 8, it is coming back as 0

Odd, I just tried it, and it works on my end. Are you be any chance able to fetch the Plex metadata API response of the item?

I think I figured it out. The movie ratings are user specific. I am logged into Maintainerr as an Plex admin account but we watch plex as a user account. As long as I update the ratings on the Admin account the rules should work.
