[Feature Request] Support for multiple Plex Servers

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have 2 Plex servers.
Media that is watched on one server would not be marked watched on the second.
Thus the deletion rules are maybe deleting media that is actually being watched.

Describe the solution you'd like
Make it possible to connect to more than one server to be able to determine the actual watch status of the media.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using 2 maintainerr instances would help, but doesn't take into account when for example a series is actively being watched on server 2 but not on 1 and this would delete a series when it shouldn't.
