OpenOPCService not installing

Hello,
As i wanted to work with OpenOPC using python 3.6 I followed your guide and encountered some problems.

When I install OpenOPCService, i get the following answer as exepcted :
Installing service zzzOpenOPCService
Service installed

But I don't have a bin folder afterwards like u seemed to have nor can i start the OpenOPCService from the control panel.

I even tried the command :
py OpenOPCService.py start

But i get "Error starting service: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion"
