Why is this a laravel Package?

this package tries to add a laraval fascade but the underlying class jpmurray\LaravelRrule\CreateRule cannot be found, because there is no class named CreateRule neither in your project nor in simshaun/recurr package. Did you have commited all files? Or is this an upcoming feature?

Aside from the fascade there is no reason why it is a larave package? Or are there features planned?
