Minor Makefile fix, see patch attached.
0001-add-bin-as-a-newly-created-directory-if-it-does-not-.zip

In short text form:

       install:: mmc-get
      +	if ! test -d $(HOME)/bin; then mkdir $(HOME)/bin; fi
          mv -f -v mmc-get $(HOME)/bin/
